What's included in a boiler service?
When we undertake a boiler servicing job, we make sure to check that all gas fittings are safe and secure. We'll assess the pressure level of the gas and ensure that it is being released at a safe and efficient level. We'll remove the casing to assess the components and ensure that they are all functioning as they should be and we'll clean parts as required. Your boiler will be up to scratch in no time.
Why is a boiler service so important?
Most boiler manufacturers recommend a boiler service at least once per year, we'd agree. Why? Your boiler will be more efficient and will deliver the results that your money is paying for. If your boiler came with an extended guarantee, it's likely that it's dependent on a yearly service and so you'll remain compliant with that and if you're a landlord, remember that a yearly boiler service is part of UK regulation.
